August Affirmations

As we move into the hottest part of the year I thought we would touch on ideas of balance and taking care of ourselves. This month’s affirmations are about recognizing our wholeness, as we are, and the need to take care of ourselves.

July 31 – August 6

I regularly take time to rest, allowing my whole self to recharge and rejuvenate.

August 7 – 13

I honor my mental, emotional, and physical health by being careful of what I take into my mind and body. 

August 14 – 20

I release all expectations and allow my inner strength, peace, and creativity to emerge.

August 21 – 27

Resting every day in silence, I allow the world to be as it is.

August 28 – September 3

I constantly act out of kindness, and a desire to help others experience their highest self.
